Jabber service discovery

Hi Experts, we have a situation whereby we cannot add the necessary SRV DNS records for Jabber service auto-discovery, would like to check if there is any way to hard-code (registry or config file) the windows PC to talk to CUCM/CUP 12.x servers. Thanks

Hi Shankar,

When you say - you cannot add the SRV records for Jabber, does it mean you are facing problem while adding or your organization policy doesn't allow you to add it.

SRV records for service discovery, but if you manually configure the authentication type for each jabber while login you may not require it for on-premises solutions.

you can make use jabber-config.xml .
