We are running CUCM 8.6 and Jabber 9.x. A small portion of our Windows 7 users have a problem where occasionally (maybe once a month) their server settings are deleted and they are not able to login. They have to select the Presence type and enter the server address again before they can login. And then will then need to adjust their preferences again. It usually affects the same users. Any ideas?
