Hello,
I realized, that Jabber in order to identify caller ID, just looking for 3 last digits in the phone number in Outlook Contacts, and uses it as caller ID.
So, if user has in his contacts list any (business or cell) phone, which has 3 last digits same as the internal company number (that's quite often), Jabber prefer that phone number and obviously shows wrong caller ID. The caller ID on the phone is showing properly.
Does anybody know how to fix it?
Thank you

Hi Sergey,
What's the version you are using ?
Have you tried with the latest 9.2(4) ? The issue might be fixed on that release.
