I've currently got an issue where users that are using a softphone can answer calls by pressing any key on their keyboard. So they could be typing an e-mail for example or any number of other tasks and as soon as a call is presented, it automatically answers the call because they're typing. Is there anyway to switch this "feature" off? Jabber version is 12.0.0 build 61695.
I don't think there's an option for that, but you can go to the Jabber options, calls tab and choose never for the: Bring the conversation window to the front on:
