Hello,
we're using Cisco Jabber (Version 11.5.) in softphone mode. The pickup notification is enabled and gets displayed for 5 seconds at the enduser. Is there any possibility to increase the time before the notification dissapears?

I don't believe you can adjust the toast timer in Jabber

Hello,
We have the same issue. It should be trough the "Call Park Display Timer" in call manager service parameter although this does only work for SCCP Phones and not Jabber.
I am suspecting a bug.
