Jabber softphone not able to connect over VPN

We have MRA (expressway) configured for Jabber and Jabber is able to connect just fine both remotely and locally. However, the issue occurs only on the endpoint when the VPN is connected. As soon as the VPN is connected, the softphone in Jabber disconnected. Here is the screenshot. We have checked the firewall and all seems to configured properly and we were able to ping call manager and CUP from endpoint when VPN is connected.

Please advise. Thanks

Are all the necessary ports open on your VPN?

Is there proper DNS resolution while on VPN?

Also check protocol inspection on the ASA and ensure the VPN address pool is exempt from if on the Internet-facing interface.

Thank you all! We are using Sonicwall. After some testing and interpretation of Cisco's requirements we disabled SIP Transformations on the firewall as well as H.323 Transformations. Jabber over VPN seems to be working.

Thanks
