Jabber through AnyConnect VPN, one way audio and no video

Dears,

 

Jabber BOT device once connected through VPN and registered with CUCM. When making a call to the company's internal number, there is one way audio and no video.

 

Any suggestion please.

Make sure the NAT exemption is set up, and also make sure routing is set up correcly. You may post the show tech.
