Hi,
I have some windows jabber clients and it seems I can't start a conference.
I select the parties to create a voice conference.
But I can only add one party and the third is not working.
Has any one an idea?
Group chat is working fine.
thanks,
JH

What kind of conference? IM? audio? video?

Hi
Audio only.
IM conference (group chat works) and for video you need more hardware.
I select three users from the contacts then right click and select conference.
I call number one and after answering i select the green door (looks like a door)
So now two people are talking.
But I cannot add a third party, I call the third party, I see the green door, but clicking doesn't add it to the conference.
Who is responsible for the conference session? CM or presence?
thanks,
Jan

CUCM is responsible, and since it's a sip endpoint, same basic troubleshooting for any other phone not being able to make a conference apply as well

I have the same issue with the audio conferencing with Jabber windows client.... Did you find the root cause? Or a resolution? I look at my logs and suspected conference bridge, but I ruled the conference bridge out after isolating and testing them. It seems that I can start a audio conference call from my jabber client to two desktop phones, but not to two jabber clients...
