Hi,
We are using ccm 9.1 and we are using cisco mobile for iphone. I could not find cisco mobile in the cisco app store. Thats why I installed jabber to my iphone. We were using the device names for registering cisco mobile to ccm, but in the jabber it asks usernam@xx.com . How can I pass this user/pass screen and use the device name instead of that. I'm chosing only phone services or communication manager 9+ in jabber advanced settings but it still asks for xxx@yy.com format.

You cannot, you need to login with user/pwd and CUCM will find the right device via the configuration and user/device/line association you need to configure in CUCM

Is this end user user/password? But it asks user@xxx.com What about this xxx.com?
