Jabber Video Calling Usage

We are trying to change the culture so that people are using Jabber Video Calling all the time. It has been a bit of an up hill battle. My question is: Is there a way to measure Jabber Video Calling? I need to check the progress. I have done a survey in the past, but I am now more interested in hard data.

You can use Cisco RTMT to analyze the SIP Video calls. Give a shot
