Jabber video cannot connect to Mac camera

I get this error message. I've confirmed and shut down FaceTime and Skype and dont see any other applications using the camera on my Macbook. 

I'm on Jabber 4.6 (build 17194) and my Mac is running OSX 10.9.2

thank you for your help and assistance.

This is a known issue with Jabber Video 4.6.  Jabber Video 4.7 fixes this.
