Hello Team,
we have few end users those are running jabber window clients and they are able to call internally audio and video successfully.
As they are sitting in Korea, when they call over PSTN from Jabber Window, call goes fail. but when we disable video option under jabber cucm configuration, calls working fine and connected with called party.
please let me advise what could be the issue and how could fix it.

Hi Amit,
From the problem, it seems to me its an issue with video capabilities been sent out on ISDN line.
Since you mentioned PSTN then i assume its a ISDN/PRI line ?
If its a ISDN line then put the following command in your voice-port and test again.
bearer-cap speech
If above doesn't fix the issue, can you run a debug isdn q931 while making a call and paste the output here ?

Hello Alok,
what would be affect of this command and where need to apply it?
we have h.323 gateway with e1 pri line.
when disable video option under jabber window it works fine for pstn calls.
jabber PRT logs when call fails..

As such there is no impact of this on the calls. What happens since you have a H.323 gateway, CUCM interworks the calls between Jabber (SIP) and GW(H.323) and sends the setup with audio & video components.
Since ISDN line doesn't support video caps, call fails, i don't remember specifically what error you get in debug q931.
You go to voice-port for e.g. voice-port 0/0/0:15 and then under that add the command mentioned.
This should fix the problem i believe.
