Jabber windows cannot communicate with the server

Hi All,

i recently installed cucm v 11.5 and imp 11.5 in our client. we are not using ldap, instead we create local user in cucm.

i fail if try to login from jabber windows automatically. i already add the srv record, already discovered, but when i insert username and password still error "cannot communicate with the server"

but i can login if i manually chose using "im presence server". voice/ video call, chat, transfer file works well.

but still failed if i manually choose the cucm server. 

it think because i failed when using the cucm server that caused i failed when using automatically.

am i missing something?

Do you see the login request in the PRT?

Does it have the right domain for the SRV and CUCM?
