I have one user who cannot login to Jabber, after entering username and password, Jabber asks to reconfigure jabber,
over and over again.
Other users in my environment do not have this issue.
Jabber version 11.8.0

Have you compared the config of that user to other users?
What troubleshooting have you done so far?

FYI we use the Jabber client within a Citrix session.
If I start Jabber in this user session it keeps coming back with the question to reconfigure Jabber,
If i start the Jabber client in a test user session, and than use the credentials of this user I can login to Jabber.
I tried removing all Jabber related registry settings, and removed the Cisco folders in this users homedrive.
