We have a CUPS server 8.6 and are running Jabber for windows 9.2
we can't make outgoing calls from the Jabber client contacts, as the leading 0 is missing from the contacts phone number.
How do I add the prefix? I am thinking to create translation patterns in the callmanger.
Can I achieve it via the jabber-config.xml?

Hi,
You can use application Dial rules on CUCM for this task.
Documentation is here:
You can also use translation patterns for this as well. The Jabber phone can dial anything that an IP phone can dial as long as you have that pattern in the correct partition for the clients to reach. Some customer's don't like this due to adding additional patterns for other phones that could confict with this however as long as you create separate CSS/partitions then everything will work as desired.
Thanks,
Brad

Just stick with Translation patterns.
