keyboard control problem

hi i am having a problem while having a meeting on webex. Whenever the other person want to take the keyboard mouse control during the meeting to write something on my notepad plus plus file doesnt work.The same guy can do this operation on different pc via meeting but not only on my pc.

I am using windows 8.1. Please help me out

The only time I have seen this is with programs that are Run As Administrator or otherwise triggered a User Account Control elevation. In these situations Windows does not allow WebEx, which is a non-elevated program, to interact with one that has elevated.

Check this and perhaps other security-related software to see if one of them is running interference.
