Kill process cisco jabber then anyone canot contact that phone.

Dear All

Now we using Cisco Jabber 12.X on Mobile I have some issue about some phone (Huawei,OPPO, etc.) when they kill task for cisco jabber on his phone then anyone call or contact them until enter the cisco jabber again. 

I mean they still sign in jabber and just kill process on phone not sign out.
