when i use LIC-SMP+ for spark room  how many concurrent video call , while the customer have meeting server 1000 ?

Shared Multiparty plus (SMP plus) provides a concurrent license that is shared by multiple users who host video meetings infrequently. for example you are having 1 SMP+ license that means you can host one conference at a time but on that conference there is no limit of participants that depends your meeting server hardware capability.

CMS 1000 you can have  96 HD calls at a same time .

when i host the meeting with  SMP+ license the rest of the participants can join the meeting with meeting app or Cisco jabber video on the same video conference room without using PMP+ for each user ?

yes that's true they can join they don't need any PMP+ license to join that meeting .

yes they can join the meeting because initiator already initiate the conference and one SMP+ licenses is consumed for that so now anybody can join the conference .There is no limit whoever want to join they can do based on hardware capacity .
