Location based restriction in MRA solution.

Hello folks,

I am new to MRA deployment. I have gone through design and how it works.

1. Customer requirement is to RESTRICT MRA clients over internet moves from one city to another or one country to another then CUCM should only allow internal CUG calling. If the MRA client is in fixed location then CUG + PSTN calling should be allowed.

2. Any notifications on MRA clients if internet connectivity is POOR or internet connectivity lost like seen in Whatsapp calling, Google Duo, etc.

3. For MRA, is it mandatory to have CALLMANAGER and TOMCAT certificate signed or Optional for CUCM in mixed mode?

Note: MRA clients am referring to Jabber clients registering over Internet.
