Make Conversations the primary window - Jabber 12.6 for Mac

Every time I get the notice that I have a message in chat, I click on the icon in the dock and the main window comes up.  Then I have to switch to conversations.    I want the Conversations window to be the default. 

Is there a way to do this on Mac?  It's super annoying.

Cisco Jabber docked window will always open main hub window. This is as per Cisco Jabber design. Also, there is no keyboard shortcut to open Cisco Jabber conversation window.
