We have three status of jabber in call manager. registered, unregistered and none.
Whate is the meaning of none?
For the information that i searched it´s "Cisco is saying that soft clients will also go into 'None' status after
having been un-registered for 24 hours. "
But im seeing users with none status logged in jabber and online.
This is information is to try to find the users who don´t use the cisco jabber every days.
Another way it would be to take the last login but we need a las logout then.... or something that helps the find the really use of the software.
