MeetingPlace 6.1 - question about calls dropping

                   We had an issue on 8/28/2013 at approximately 1:15pm EST where the phone lines within the same facility where our MeetingPlace audio system resides- had gone dead.  Please rearch to determine if any or all the participants that were curently on MeetingPlace (adio) were also dropped at that time.  I am attaching ralted files.  Thanks, Ray Capriolo - raymond.capriolo@realogy.com - 973.407.5050

Hi Ray,

After analyzing the logs, it seems that the ongoing MeetingPlace audio calls were also affected during the phone outage. The issue seems to affect the MeetingPlace meetings at 13:18:48.

The following major alarms were indicated during the outage of T1 Lines at 13:18:48 :
