My clients routinely hang up on calls, due pressing "ESC" in error.
When receiving or making calls using jabber, it becomes the active application. Since our business application heavily utilizes the ESC key for navigation, and cannot be changed, the users tend to press "ESC" believing they are in the main application, and disconnecting the call.
I would like to see an optinon to either re-define the keys, or at least to have an option to disable the esc key.
