Since today there is no possiblity to call, using free Jabber client, ATEA Telepresence System (Tandberg) within our company. It is possible using licensed Jabber. See tests below:
Free Jabber - Tandberg = "Call failed. Call denied"
Tandberg - Free Jabber = "Call failed. Call denied"
Free Jabber - Free Jabber = ok
Licensed Jabber - Tandberg = ok
Tandberg - Licensed Jabber = ok
It was working fine yesterday and whenever before. Please, advise.
