No Presence Status in other Cluster Users with Inter-cluster peer connection

Hi Guys,

Currently we have a problem on the Cisco Jabber. Presence status of users form the other clusters are all offline though they are online. We have inter-cluster peer connection between the two IM& Presence. 

Hope you can share your expertise on this issue we are encountering.

What is the status of the peer connection as seen from both ends?

Both sides are in good status. All check boxes are checked in green.
