No RingBack Cisco Jabber MRA when it Call Transfer from CUC Call Handler to CUCM

Hi,

 

I have a question about an implementation that is going on.

 

We have implemented a CUCM and CUC in version 12.5.1000 and we are using the call handler functionality.

 

Everything is working perfectly, except for ring back functionality via MRA.

 

When I am connected to a Cisco Jabber via MRA and I make the call to the callhandler, the call is answered, but when it is transferred to a CUCM extension I do not receive the ring back on the Cisco Jabber via MRA.

 

In this same situation for a cisco jabber registered on-premises, the ring back works without problems.

 

The ring back works without problems for external calls as well.

 

Are there any limitations on ring back via MRA?

 

If I call from a Cisco Jabber via MRA to another extension or PSTN the ring back works.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I have the same symptoms but on v14.0.1 of UCM, CUC, and v14.3.4 of Expressway MRA.
