No Video after 15 minutes between J4W and MCU

Hi outthere,

does anyone suffer the same problem?

My Phone is registered at CUCM, CUCM has a SIP-Trunk to VCSc, MCU is registered on VCSc-Cluster.

I can place a call to MCU and everything works fine.

After except 15 minutes I lost the video on J4W with Video at the desktop.

RTP-Packets still arrive at PC but there's no Video.

After hold-unhold video will be displayed for the next 15 Minutes.

I'm using J4W 9.6 und Media Service Interface 4.0

Can anyone help me?
