No voice or video and drops new participants CMS

Good afternoon,

       I just spun up an instance of CMS 2.2.3 and everything works in regards to admin, SSL certs were imported correctly, spaces and LDAP imported successfully, however I have on issue. The issue is as soon as the main host joins a CMS session, no video is shown, when a second participant comes in, the host sees he's in while the participant is loading and then he (participant) gets kicked out. This happens internally and externally. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Attached is the syslog file as well. Its been scrubbed so no personal data is in it. ANY insight would be much appreciated. I honestly don't know where this issue is lying at this point.
