Off-Premise Jabber - Add Google Talk User

We are running Jabber hosted by WebEx. Some users have been able to add Google Talk users to Jabber. I have a GTalk account. I have sent an invite from GTalk to my Jabber account. I have also tried adding a GTalk user through Jabber.

What am I doing wrong? How am I supposed to add GTalk users my Jabber contacts?

Are you still able to see this issue?

What version of Jabber you're using?

I am running 9.2.1 I went with:

File->New->Contact and entered @gmail.com

I've got invitation in gmail, accepted and everything worked as it is supposed.

Hi,

I was having the same issue so I had followed the steps above and it is still not recognizing the g-mail email address I had submitted...

Does anyone have any suggestions on how else to troubleshoot this?
