One Way Audio with Jabber for Windows

I came across an interesting issue last week on a customer site. We are testing Jabber for Mac (latest 8.6 release) and Jabber for Windows (9.2). We have a specific scenario where Jabber for Windows will experience one-way audio. This issue only shows up when the Jabber client places an egress call to the PSTN. Ingress call from the PSTN are fine. Calls to other Jabber clients and hard phones are equally fine. Jabber for Mac clients do not experience this issue for any call type.

The last piece of information is that PSTN access is a SIP trunk.

Any thoughts?

I saw your post and am having the same problem after we installed SIP trunks.  Did you by chance figure out a solution to this?  Please let me know if so.
