Hello,
I have a strange problem with the Jabber. For some reason, only one Jabber contact cannot be found in the Jabber's contact list. How can I solve it? The phone was created in exactly the same way as all the other existing and that can be found without any kind of problem.

Jabber does NOT look at the devices you configure in CUCM for that, Jabber uses either UDS or CDI for directory, is the user properly provisioned in the directory you're using?
