I was wondering if CWMS has the operator dialout capabilities like MeetingPlace. If a user dials into CWMS can they press a key on their phone to get an CWMS operator? In MeetingPlace we use #0 for this feature. I have not seen anything in CWMS that either this is supported or not.
In CWMS, there are currently no TUI features that can allow for this to occur. Overall, there are no menu options except for the joining of scheduled meetings or PCN meetings (coming in 1.5).
