Outlook 2010 Webex One-Click hangs on connecting

Good afternoon Cisco experts!

I'm having issues with my webex one-click not connecting or starting a meeting from Outlook 2010. I upgraded my outlook from 2007 to 2010 32bits and since then my oneclick is not starting meetings. I was able to start a meeting from outlook 2010 on another computer but on the one where I upgraded my Office from 2007 to 2010 is not working. It hang when stablishing the meeting/connection

A few recommendations:

  1.   Check your Productivity Tools account settings and confirm site URL and credentials are correct. If this does not work then..
  2. Uninstall Productivity Tools and download again from your WebEx Site
  3. If none of these work, you will need to open a case with WebEx Support.
