PCA : Is it a permanent licensing issue that I don't see current CSF devices?

Hello Community,

 

I have my Prime Collaboration Assurance in version 12.1 with permanent licenses (assurance) and other free licenses (analytics and contact center assurance) that have not yet expired due to being a new installation.

I was taking advantage of showing my client the analytics licensing facilities and I came across this:

- It shows me in Analytics> My Dashboard, in the Endpoints Deployment Summary section it shows me in the last report, 24 configured and 3 active ... how would I interpret that?

- I have in CUCM, 67 jabber type CSF configured and currently 14 in the registered state, that is, in use.

- 67 are registered in PCA of which 26 in managed status.

- PDF attachment of downloaded PCAs.
