Persistent Chat and Microsoft SQ

Does IM/Presence Persistent Chat support Microsoft SQL server? If so, what version. All docs only mention PostgreSQL.

It only mentions PostgreSQL as only PostgreSQL is supported.

Thanks for the confirmation. I wanted to make sure as that makes no sense to me since most large organizations run MS SQL server.

Does anyone know whether this DB posture has shifted?

This could potentially rule out the use of Cisco Jabber in my organisation as there is no corporate support for PostgreSQL or Oracle DB Servers.

No, still same two options, you can get in touch with your AM to submit a PER for this, or be added to the list if there's one already
