Pictures in Cisco Jabber for Windows and CUPS 8.6

Hey guys,

We are currently running CUPS 8.6 with the Unified Communicator Client.  We have our pictures setup for the Unified Communicator Client through a web server I believe.  I have three questions:

1. Does anyone have any experience with this type of setup, meaning CUPS 8.5/6 and Jabber for windows containg employee pics? 

2. Any documentation links in order to set up the Jabber Picture portion? 

3. Any gotchas I should know about?

One potential gotcha that's being explored in another thread is whether less common attributes not indexed on a Global Catalog server by defualt could cause the URL substitution to fail.

As a footnote: loading the photos into the thumbnailPhoto attribute directly would allow Outlook 2010 to also show the photos.
