Porblem: VCS X8.1 Mobile and remote access with Jabber for Windows 9.7

Hi,

i have a problem with VCS X8.1 and mobile / remote access with Jabber for Windows 9.7. I can't registering my Jabber for windows 9.7.

 

Setup:

CUCM 9.1.2.10000-28

IM&Presence 9.1.1.30000-3

VCS-E and C X8.1

I can see the user under provisioned sessions. I get the massage in the event log.

In the Diagnostic logging i found following message.

Any Ideas, how i can resolve the problem? All Zone are active and all stuff lucks fine.

Upgrade the Expressway with X8.2 and use Jabber 9.7.3

Check DNS SRV record for CUCM / CUPS / EDGE

Check Login status with all CUCM servers by using user id which is having login issue.

Check ping reachability of all LDAP servers with your all CUCM servers
