Everyone, we have a Cisco Prime Assurance 12.5 ( just went end-of-support/life) that we are trying to keep alive for a few more months. We have been using the ccmadmin account to connect to CUCM and it's been causing problems. Our IMP servers, using the same password have been experience HA issues. TAC case found that PRIME is using the ccmdmin account and flooding the HACK COUNT on our application account. They suggest creating a secondary application account for Prime to authenticate to UCM. However what are the account requirements/permissions need for this to work properly? Created a secondary account but what Permission information is needed? Anyone help?
