Prime Collaboration Order Tracking - Tie Order to User

Hello!

Someones provisioning things wrong in prime.  I'm trying to find out how I tie the order to the login ID of the person making the order so I can realign our standards with them.  

I go into the user and look at orders, but there's no field that says who created the order.  Audit log doesn't have any info on user provisioning (wondering if I have to modify any logging).  Documentation stinks on the subject :(

Anyone have any guidance?

Dang found my answer :(  

For those that may run across this:

Go to: Activities -> Provisioning History

I had to put in an order number and status "complete" to get a result bare minimum.
