Problem to integrate Desire2Learn LMS with WebEx training center

Hi

I can´t find any documentation from WebEx with the steps to do the integration between Desire2Learn D2L with WebEx.  In Desire2Learn I have to created a shared account that has to be authenticated in WebEx.  Although I created this account in the WebEx site, I get an error in D2L that the account can´t be authenticated.

I will appreciate your help.

Hi Myriam,

CWMS doesn't have any integration with Desire2Learn. Are you trying to integrate this product with WebEx SaaS (cloud based WebEx)? If yes, this community is not observed by WebEx SaaS experts so I would advise you to reach out to WebEx Support directly by calling them @ 1.866.229.3239.
