Probleme in trusted certificat in Cisco Meeting Server (CMS)

Hello Community,

I'am actually facing an issue with CMS to youse it as a conference bridge whit CUCM. I followed the steps in the the guide but the CFB is still in "None" state. I thnig it's a probleme of trusted certificate because the Trunk is in Full Service. The question is can I upload a Self-Signed certificate (.crt) of webadmin to the CUCM ? if not what can I do to resolve that.

Nota: I'm using a note-Secured Trunk SIP between CMS and CUCM.

Thank you,

Yanis.

Hi Yanis
assuming your CMS configuration is done right and the issue is only related CFB configuration
make sure the API user configured on CUCM is working. (postman is a good way do test it)
make sure the port configured on CUCM is the CMS webadmin listening port.
make sure CMS Root CA is added to callmanager-trust and tomcat-trust, and the CUCM has been restarted after the certificates were added.

even if you are using non-secure SIP trunk, CFB for ad-hoc conference need to trust CMS

no idea if you can upload the self signed certificate instead of the root ca.

Hi Sandro,

I am actually using an AD server to signe the webadmin and the callbridge certificat (because I generated a different CSR file for webadmin and callbridge) I added eache of them in the call manager Certificate management under Callmanger-trust and tomcat-trust. I restarted the tomcat service, th TFTP Service and the Call manger.

I created a user with API previlages with MMP cammands in CMS server and I use the webadmin port (444), and the call bridge is still not registred. Maybe I need to upload Callmanger certificat to the CMS.

Are you sure about the API user in the CUCM server ? or you mean the CMS Server ?

I am really confused about this probleme. How can I see the Logs of the call bridge between the CUCM and the CMS.

Thank you
