Problems in some phones after activate mix mode

Good afternoon colleagues, a few days ago I updated my cucm to version 12.5 u3, part of the requirement of the tasks that I had to perform after that was to activate mix mode, which I did according to the documentation. The CTL certificate was created and now we are rebooting the phones little by little, as we cannot reboot all of them at once.
After activating the mix mode we began to notice that when making any changes to the 7821 phones, it was not possible to update the information, and the following error message appears:

Update Failed. TypeDbErrors.gen37711
Reset Failed.TypeDbErrors.gen37711
Apply Config request failed. Please ensure you have at least one Cisco Unifiedd Communications Manager configured on the system.

The replication of the database appears well in the 3 CUCM, and it is a problem that occurs only with the 7821 model so far, even so, I have found that it is not in all the 7821 phones, since there are some that do update the information correctly.

Call manager services are enabled in 3 cucm.

How can I diagnose and fix this fault, has anyone had experience with this before?
