Hi Juan,

Your image is not according to the guidelines I pointed out earlier.

Custom icon guidelines

Icons for custom embedded tabs contain ten frames for each state within a single image file.

Each frame is 20 by 20 pixels in dimension. Provide 1 pixel of  padding between each frame. 1 pixel of padding results in a working icon  space of 19 by 19 pixels.

The background color of the image is transparent.

Each frame represents one of the following states in the following sequence:
  1. Normal
  2. Pressed
  3. Hover
  4. Disabled
  5. Focused
  6. Selected and normal
  7. Selected and pressed
  8. Selected and hover
  9. Selected and disabled
  10. Selected and focused

I have attached an example.

Thanks,

Maqsood

Hi Juan,

Check the "Custom icon guidelines" in the section Custom embedded tabs of admin guide for more information.

Thanks,

Maqsood

Hi Maqsood,

Thanks for your comments, I follow the configuration guide but something else is missing, my icon size is 32x21x16 and .png but still not displayed as it is.

This is my file:     and this is how I see it on Jabber:

I tried B&W, 256 colors, 16 colors, 16 grays, but it's the same.

Any idea how to solve this??

Thanks,

Juan Carlos Arias

Hello Maqsood,

Sorry for my confusion, but if look above on table for Custom embedded tabs, it says:

The default icon size is 32 by 21 pixels. If the icon you specify exceeds the default size, Cisco Jabber for Windows scales the icon to the default size.

That's why I didn't read all document till down, where says the explanation that you said.

Now it's working, thanks for your time.
