Jabber for Windows 11.5
CUCM/CUPS 11.0
Hard phone control
Here are my 2 questions:
1. When someone who is set for hard phone control goes off-hook, a window pops up on their computer and takes focus. Is it possible to disable this window altogether? If so, would this also disable the inbound call notification windows (the answer/decline window)
2. After the window has popped up, the user can minimize it while it is ringing the remote side so that they can continue working on their computer. But as soon as the call rolls to voicemail, the window pops back to the front taking focus again and interrupting their work. Is there a way to stop it from popping to the front and taking focus when the call rolls to voicemail?

Under Jabber options -> Calls -> Bring the conversation window to the front:
Adjust those as required, if you're doing deskphone control, change the option for phone.

Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for. Ironically I just found those settings in the Parameters Reference Guide about 10-15 minutes ago. :)
