Recreating CUCM Publisher on other data center with OTHER IP address

For a Cisco CUCM cluster version 12.5 where we have one Publisher and three Subscribers servers (virtual machines), customer need to recreate CUCM Publisher at a new DC changing IP address of CUCM Publisher. Considering CUCM group is based on IP addresses (not FQDN), Phones registration is Not secure, do you know any ANY web link that could provide me the best procedure to implement this without damaging cluster database?

I haven’t found a procedure where CUCM PUB change IP.

I really appreciate any help

Roger, first at all thanks for always respond super fast. Regarding this procedure, my main concern is how managing the change of IP address on CUCM Publisher on the "CUCM SERVERS" settings. Before of after recreate CUCM Pub on new DC.

What needs to be done first from the following?

a) Change of IP address of server ( via CLI or Web OS): this one requires restart service manager

or

b) Change IP address of CUCM Pub on CM Administration GUI (which is defined in the database), this one requires reboot of server

Any recommendation will be welcomed.

AFAIK all that you need to know and do is listed in the document, including the order of the tasks. I've done this a couple of times, however not with IPs used in the CMGs, Call Manager Groups, so not a carbon copy of your situation, but on a whole the document should cover what you'd need to know.
