Doesn't seem to be possible, just tried in my lab and the request control option is always grayed out when sharing over MRA, it does show up properly when testing on-prem

Same behavior when it was tested in our setup.

Anyway to enable this feature and it seems not documented in Cisco Documentation.

There are many things that just don't work over MRA like P2P file sharing, I'd assume this is one of those things as well.

Yes I agree, however with MFT, attachment and snipping feature do work over MRA.

Similarly for this feature any work around

There is a defect CSCuz19139 which mentions that Remote Desktop Control for Jabber not supported over MRA.

This is also mentioned in the planning guide and Release Notes for Cisco Jabber.

This is a product limitation and there doesn't seem to be a workaround for this.
