Rescricting contact resolution in Jabber

I have a request from a customer where I recently deployed Jabber (Windows desktop and mobile via MRA).

Is there any way to restrict Jabber to only resolve contacts against UDS, and no other sources Outlook, mobile phone contacts etc.)?

There is a jabber-config.xml option to prevent Jabber for Windows (at least) from resolving against Outlook:

The XML parameter is "EnableLocalAddressBookSearch", which defaults to "true", but when set to "false" prevents contact resolution from Outlook.

I am unsure of its effects on a Mac.

This does NOT disable mobile phone contact resolution for Jabber for iPhone, Tablet or Android.  There is no current method to administratively control this - it is a client-side setting.
