Restart of IMP Nodes Causes Persistent Chat Weirdness

System version: 11.5.1.12900-25

using MSSQL for persistent chat db

 

Whenever we failover or restart the IMP nodes, jabber clients(on 12.0.1) will not display large chunks of chat history. Can confirm these messages are in the database

 

Name for some chat rooms changes to room_jid also... so "IT Chat Room" will become "itchatroomgeneral21588"

 

Additionally, we see some 'ghost chats' show up in the All Rooms list. See attached screenshot

Has anyone else experienced this ?

 

We've pored over the configuration and whitepapers and all seems set up correctly. Looking for a direction to take in our troubleshooting.
