I am trying to connect a Polycom RMX to webex to be a webex videoconferencing room administrator. The problem is that I am seeing that when I enter through a videoconferencing system Polycom for example a group 500 and when I enter the room and asks for an organizer pin the call falls as if the Polycom could not be Organizer. I would like to know if there is a way to dial the webex room without marking the organizer pin but instead this in the dial uri and connect to the cloud from the RMX Multipoint.
