We are in the process of replacing all of our Touch 10's with Room Navigators.
Out of the 80 or so we've replaced, 2 rooms are having issues.
Basically, any room nav connected to 2 Codec Plus's in particular are giving the error: "This Touch Panel Is Unsupported By The Room System." The error further explains: "Touch Panel Is Unable To Connect To Room Device. There Was A Problem With The Device Certificate Verification (SUDI)." Online has led me nowhere as the SUDI should be handled by Cisco and Webex Provisioning.
I've tried different room nav's, one's that were brand new and ones that were provisioned and upgraded in an adjacent room.
So it comes down to these 2 Codec Plus's not communicating properly with the Room Nav's.
I've also tried factory resetting these Room Navs and Codecs.
And I noticed one does not have a CS-ROOM certificate like a few of my other rooms do, but the other device that is not working does have this certificate, so I don't believe that is causing the issue.
Has anyone else had this problem or found a workaround?

After waiting I went ahead and reached out to Cisco TAC.
They confirmed that there is a bad ACT2 chip in the unit and they both need to be RMA'd.
